Please read the following terms and conditions before you proceed with your booking.

These terms and conditions apply to all tours.

The tour price includes:	The tour price does not include:
Transfers to and from airports	Flights to and from South Africa
Transport to golf courses and activities	Visas, travel insurance or airport taxes
Accommodation	Telephone or fax bills
Green fees, carts and caddies	Laundry bills
Entrance to all featured activities	Drinks
Breakfast each day	Gratuities and porter fees
Dinner as specified in each itinerary	All other personal expenses

Reservations:

Your DiGiT Golf Tour will be reserved upon receipt of your application and an advance payment of 50% of the tour price. A final payment must be made 6 weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that have not been paid in full by the specified date, in which event the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made in writing and shall be effective only on the date on which DiGiT Golf Tours receives the written confirmation.

The following terms apply:

Weeks prior to arrival:	Cancellation fee as % of tour price:

6 weeks	25 %
5 weeks	30 %
4 weeks	50 %
3 weeks	80 %
2 weeks or less	100 %

Refunds:

If you fail to join a tour or leave prior to completition, no refund will be made. No refund will be made on any activity or meals missed during the tour. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control and no claim of any nature, nor refunds shall be permitted.

Liability:

DiGiT Golf Tours shall not be liable for any damages, losses, theft, injury or death suffered by a client as a result of sickness, weather conditions or any other cause outside our control or arising out of any act, omission or negligence of DiGiT Golf Tours, the supplier or servants of ours, save only in the case of willful negligence or a willful act or omission. We shall in no circumstances be deemed in the agent of the passenger or of the supplier of any service.

Terms, conditions, representation and warranty:

The entire contract between DiGiT Golf Tours and the client is contained in these above mentioned conditions. These conditions may only be varied with written consent of DiGiT Golf Tours and signed by a director. The making of the full payment shall be deemed to be consenting to the above conditions.

Other:

The structure or sequence of set tour itineraries may be changed. This could be due to a listed course being closed to the public on that specific day as a result of a club competition or corporate day event. These changes would be agreed up front with our clients.
